Discover Restaurant h3, through our hospitality and culinary creativity. We invite you to enter our universe and all the elements that make it up. An urban view not only on the modern art of Riopelle or Séguin but a vision of the artisans of Quebec; from our greenhouse to our maple syrup production. We create spaces for local winegrowers and crafts people. This new dining concept encompasses all the aspects of our art we like to call hospitality.
Breakfast: Monday to Friday 7:00am - 11:00am | Saturday to Sunday 7:00am - 10:00am
Brunch: Saturday and Sunday: 10:00am - 2:00pm
Lunch: Monday to Friday - 11:30am - 1:30pm
Dinner: Tuesday to Saturday - 5:00pm - 10:00pm

For a relaxing moment or a quick break, for a glass of wine or specialty cocktails, our lounge space will cater to your needs. This area offer a diverse menu ranging from canapés to a complete meal. Savour all of these elements and more while you enjoy a unique view looking out over Marc Seguin's "Hanima" art sculpture.
